Because you are new and clearly enthusiastic (and enthusiasm is so important as SF0, I, for one, really want to help promote it) I'm totally not going to flag this as incomplete.

But, there are a couple of things:
First, for most items, pre-completions aren't smiled upon. The completion has to be because of the task, so bringing up old things that were done before you saw the task doesn't usually work. In your case, it might be cool enough to pass... well, if the next item is passed.

Second, completion proofs usually need to be specific. Because you don't at least designate the exact place where your name is in the sidewalk, it really isn't specific enough. At the very least a specific address/googlemaps link is needed for proper completion. Better would be that PLUS photos of the actual pieces of concrete in which your names are embedded.

Lastly, taking your tasks to an epic level is promoted and encouraged. That's going not the extra mile, but the extra 10 miles (marathon over 5k, if you will) which calls for planning, thought, and some amount of skill (not necessarily artistic... one of the best skills is avoiding detection by authorities, for instance).

So, like I said, I won't be flagging, but you might expect others to flag. And if you want votes, the more epic, the better.
