I had the opportunity to go to lunch with my desk buddy kabutomushi recently, and the opportunity presented itself for some fun and games in the labyrinth nearby.

Our labyrinth has a resident, a titan of a bronze snail that Kabutomushi had it in mind to challenge. I was ok with the suggestion and sat and ate my lunch whilst I cheered my beetle buddy through the twisting turning passages, (all alike), and then took pictures of the thrilling climax, when the bronze snail was challenged.

In the end the two combatants bowed and parted ways, Kabutomushi claims the victory today, but I am sure there will be a rematch.

It was a great laugh and a decent lunch to boot, topped off with a thrilling duel between two notable warriors, in a labyrinth!

Kabutomushi and I both played Ariadne one for the other by the end of things, as I guided him in, and followed him out!
