It's Summer! So on one of the very rare sunny danys in San Francisco we decided to head out to ocean beach and walk a dog and fly a kite. The kite was stolen from my brother and smuggled to the beach by the way of the tommy-mobile (rhonda's car) The kite went up without any hitches and soon we were the coolests people around (or so we thought... there were some pretty fancy looking kites at the other end of the beach. i was jealous.) we found a bunch of people to fly our kite. first a couple who were quite unwilling at first but after enough coaxing "no, you'll like it, we promise" we got them to fly it. next was an old guy who made sure that his wife was in the picture as well. the last two people were faye and jen, they had dogs, we like dogs. they stayed with us for awhile chatting, and we formed a new club, "the kite club" and plan to meet every saturday at ocean beach to fly kites. my newest venture will be to go find myself a fancy kite, one with two strings! and then learn how to do stunts with it.
