Kelly: While on a Long Walk, Rubin and i both decided it was a good time to give some flowers to random folks. like others who have completed this task, i found that many people refused my flowers, but this could be because they thought i was selling them, or because of a slight language barrier in a few cases... Anyways, some of the highlights for me were darting into a bus to give one to the bus driver (who was thrilled); being turned down by the balloon-carrying men (because the thorns would pop the balloons); the bouncer at the seedy bar who made a lewd comment to me and got a rose for his trouble; the two dudes in a parked car who actually yelled "i want a rose" at me (and were, of course, oblidged); and my personal fav: the really really angry crazy guy shaking his fist and yelling and cursing at the city in general, was, after we passed, yelling and shaking two roses at the city. (video to come, its pretty entertaining, but a little sad that even flowers couldn't cheer him up)

Rubin: So the first guy I give an orange rose to is this guy in the black shirt, yelling. Like FUCKING YELLING. And he starts yelling louder right when I give him the first rose. Kelly comes around and gives him another, and now he's FUCKING BLASTING, we were still hearing him two blocks away telling a story about the 8th coming. Amazing stuff.
