Chapter 2: When Parrots Attack
As we arrived atop Telegraph Hill, Kelly and I were set on finding ourselves a wild parrot. Early on we were discouraged as we circled the Coit tower on foot. We wandered down stairs and up stairs, left and right and nary a parrot could be found. We crossed rivers, scaled cliffs, and jumped ravines, which was particularly difficult because none of these things exist on Telegraph Hill. But, amazingly, just as we were about to give up hope... there it perched! The most spectacular parrot we had ever seen. It stood regally near the top of a high evergreen. The sun crept through the trees lighting the glorious beast's back. We knew we were in the presence of nature's true greatness.
However, awe quickly turned to terror as Kelly snapped the first photo. Our parrot let out a horrible squawk as it leapt from its high perch and darted right at me. Kelly tells me I screamed like a little girl as this rabid, venomous beast tore at my clothes and ripped my skin. Fortunately, the birds violent attack ended as quickly as it had began an I was left missing only two fingers and my left testicle. It was worth it to get a photo of that majestic and terrifying wild parrot. Having succeeded in photographing the wild parrot, Kelly and I continued on our Journey.
To be continued, in Chapter 3: Cheap Food and Cheap Seats in the Financial District. (see Newspaper Swap task) (for Chapter 1: A Journey Begins, see Potted Plant Distribution)

And with that, Kelly becomes the first SF0 player to reach level 4. Rock!
