Bethallain awoke to sound of his radioed clock of alarm. With a quick sweep of his arm his smashed the clock against the wall before arousing himself to stand. He had been having a troubling dream but was no happier to greet morning. He consulted his wizard for a strong brew of coffee made from beans gathered from the four corners of the known world. BRRRAANNNGGG went the phone of people who are not near you, and Bethallain rubbed his mighty temples before answering. It was Erikella, his person of I make more money to tell you what to do. He requested Bethallain to ride to the place of employment across the kingdom a full half of hour before he usually did. Bethallain grunted, he was powerless for he needed bread like others. He placed the phone down and sat on the couch to put on his boots of walking comfort. He paused to switch on the TV of prophecy and mischief. He saw reporter of news stating the kingdom had experienced snow of epic proportions and there was much difficulty in the coming and going of people. Bethallain exhaled a prodigious breath before standing and decided to report to work that we was not in the condition of feeling well and therefore would not only not be riding in early, but not at all. He unlaced his boots and returned to his bed of hugeness and quickly went back to state of sleeping.
My hero

This is the hero of my mono-myth - Bethallain. The name comes from an observation I had - old Scandinavian warriors seemed to derive their powers from awesome names forged from male and female names - Beth Allen - Bethallain (the spelling change just looks cool).
