You can self-flag, or write to the daemon and ask them to remove until you re-post proof. It's been done many times, sometimes with great follow up proofs!
I'm glad you liked the"tragedies!" Moby said try to write things in an interesting way, and via Star5, I thought that was good advice. So I made my notes more fun!
Maybe I will try to take more notes...
I like to think eventually I will stop doing these things, but it's probably too much to hope for!
