Produce Fear In Another Person. by Rabbit

On my way home from work last Wednesday, I stopped off to pick up Rubin Starset from his work to save him the train/bus ride home. We originally planned to meet at Fry's, across the street so I was in the parking lot when he called and explained that he was walking to another one of his office buildings (across the street and through a parking lot) and to meet him there. I quickly found the other building and spotted him walking through the parking lot in the distance. I kept him on the phone though, feigning confusion about this mysterious other building I was having trouble finding as I slowly crept up behind him in my car. Then, as I was about 20 feet from him, I shifted into neutral, revved the engine loudly and slammed on the brakes right behind him, squealing tires.
He hates me.
He hates me.

ha ha ha ha ... pure evil. vote, of course.
(But... how'd he not hear or notice your car behind him at only 20 feet?)

and by frustrating him more and more on the phone, his attention was diverted towards thinking how stupid I must be..

Well, it was at the Bring Your Own Big Wheel races. But we were both taking photos, not racing, and neither of us suffered collisions.
Mean. That's just mean.
But effective!
