TV vs. Microwave by Rabbit

INSTRUCTIONS: If you have both a TV and a microwave, think about which you prefer. Which is more useful to you? Which gives you more pleasure? Destroy the other, or leave it on the curb. Live with your decision. Did you choose the right one? Extra points if you rid yourself of both.

In my relocation to sf I had to significantly downsize. The places out here just aren't as big. I had two TVs, one went on freecycle, the other to a friend. My microwave was built in, so that remained in Chicago. However, I did go out and buy a nice new shiny red microwave when I got here. The microwave is much more useful, and I don't miss television one bit.

I'm almost embarrassed to say it, but I think I'd pick the TV over the microwave. I love my half-hour breaks of entertainment between reading, writing and grading--and I can cook on the stovetop and in the oven. Still, I'm impressed by your decision:)

mabey change the pc for the tv, you can watch tv on your pc ;)
