Trespassing by Mr. O., Ayma Mack
May 18th, 2008 9:19 PM
Ok, the evening started innocently enough - me and my boyfriend, Ayma Mack, had spent some time downtown at Looptopia, and left our bags at his office. After spending a little time galavanting around the loop and having a couple of martini's at the gay cabaret club around the corner, we decided to go back to his office and have a late-night video game session. Since Ayma Mack works for Google, there was no shortage of Rock Band and Markio Kart Wii. After our fingers got sore, we decided to raid the kitchen and ride around on some scooters they for some reason have laying around the office. With the martinis coursing through our veins, we thought it'd be a good idea to see if the service elevators were accessible. They were, and we proceeded to two floors in the building that were being overtaken by Google.

The 7th floor was the first we visited, and, while great for scooting, it didn't have much to look at. We scooted around the vacant space gleefully for a few minutes, then headed up to the 13th floor.

This one was a little more interesting. It had recently been the home of some company that had gone under, so the office scenery had still been in place. What once was corporate hell was now our playground; we scooted around the empty cubicles and offices, shouting jokes back and forth, and taking special care to explore every part of the office. We spent a little time in the server room, as it had this strange futuristic illumination about it, and then spent some quiet time in the CEO's office, of which we did not include pictures.

At one point, Ayma Mack thought it was a good idea to investigate an security panel, and when, after a couple minutes we hear sirens zooming down the street, we high-tailed it back to safety of his office.
This task was fun, adventurous and memorable. Scooting around the vacant office was my favorite part.

Wow, the deserted office looks really fun. I like that you happened to have a scooter with you...
