Sing Me A Story by The Real Starchy Grant

INSTRUCTIONS: Write a story using only song names. List the songs you used with their artists.

Bonus points for creating an audio file of your story, the song titles sung from their original tracks.

    And She's So Fair

I gotta girl, ladies and gentlemen
She's a knockout,
She's like a shot,
She's like heroin to me--
She's an Angel.

I don't like the man I am.
I am a cliche, I confess,
I ain't got no heart, And that's sad.

I am wrong--
I can learn!
I don't know.
I can be killed--
So what?

I don't like you.
You don't love me.
You know what you are:
You're an artist,
You painted your teeth,
You look like rain.

We are so fragile,
We close our eyes.
We got a date:
We shall be changed.

After all, too much is never enough.

Nice. I toy with this task now and then and find that if you choose to do the audio part of it -- it's a lot harder than it seems -- especially as many song titles aren't necessarily in the song.

Yeah, the audio segment added a lot of time to this. Fortunately I had a large selection of mp3s to back up my inspiration.
