Language "Encryption" by The Real Starchy Grant

June 8th, 2006 4:28 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Using online translation tools, "encrypt" some text (that you write or find) by translating it multiple times into different languages and then back into English.

For instance, "The drive to play San Francisco Zero" translated from English to German to French to Italian to English again becomes "The order of Saint game Francisco".

I thought it was time I stole something back from the thief. Original text taken from one of the few tasks he might have actually done himself:

English: Found in Proust, likely not originating there. Note that this means it was in fact translated from French to English even before all of this nonsense.

To German: Gefunden in Proust, wahrscheinlich nicht dort entstehend. Merken, daß dieses bedeutet, daß es tatsächlich von Französisch-Englischem sogar vor den ganzen diesen Unsinn übersetzt wurde.

To French: Trouvé dans les Proust, probablement pas là en résultant. Il remarque que celui-ci signifie qu'il a effectivement même été traduit du français-anglais avant l'entier cette absurdité.

To English: Found in Proust, probably not there while resulting. It notices that this one means that it was indeed even translated the French-English one before the entirety this nonsense.

To Spanish: Encontrado en Proust, probablemente no allí mientras que resulta. Nota que éste significa que era de hecho uniforme tradujo el francés-inglés antes de la totalidad este absurdo.

To English: Found in Proust, probably not there whereas it is. Note that this one means that he was in fact uniform translated French-English before the totality the this absurd one.

How do you like that, Monsieur le Fraud?
