Picking up on the skills that my degree in Electrical Engineering has englightened me with, I paired said skills with my love of practical jokes. I wired up this old phone reciever's microphone wiring to this 1/4 inch male jack (effectively disabling the actual microphone in the reciever making it impossible for whoever you are calling to hear your maniacal laughter) I kept the standard RJ11 phone jack to be plugged into the phone's base? Why would anyone want to do this you ask? A while back I had stumbled upon some great sound boards...ie websites that contained catch phrases from movies, actors..etc etc. These make it almost possible to have a completely hilarious conversation with someone over the phone just by using what ever sound bytes are available on the soundboard you are working with. I just needed the perfect piece of hardware to carry out my plan, so I "Made it Work"

Can you do an audio recording of this in action?
I'd love to hear that!

That may require more wires...I can give it a shot!

I would also love to hear an audio recording of this, but the concept alone is vote-worthy.
