I was excited to see this as a task because this is something that I intentionally do on a nearly daily basis. Today I distracted the mail man for about 20 minutes. My desk happens to be almost right in front of the window that he has to approach to deliver and retrieve the mail. Today I asked him to stay a few minutes so that I could finish putting together some invoices I had to mail. We talk everyday about random things. TOday was freeways. He thinks that the 91 freeway is the worst, and I think that it is a close draw between the 91 and the 5 when you are anywhere north of orange county. My mailman's name is Clare. I think today is the longest I've ever distracted him, but we'll see what happens tomorrow...
