Dealings in the IRC Spammer
Spammers on IRC are just like spammers in your inbox except they're tied to their immediate identifier and can be tracked. They are either stupid IRC n00bs or really clever h4x0rs.
The rule is to not screw with them too much because you never know what h4xing and DDOS attack power they hold.
This is my recent dealing with an IRC spammer...
