Given the effort doing this any way other than the most obvious would take, and the risks associated with the obvious approach, I think 45 points is too small for this one.

That entirely depends on your definition of "mind-altering." Depending on the individual person, their mind, their history, and the circumstance surrounding the event, LSD could slide off their brain like it was nothing and an well phrased argument could break their mind apart and put it back together wrong. I mean, I've never taken drugs but I've certainly had my mind altered.

Drugs are the obvious approach, but far from the only one. But anything else takes enough care to make it work that I think it's worth more points. A single remark that actually alters someone's mind is really damn impressive, and not possible without a level of awareness of them and their situation that is actually pretty hard to have deliberately.

Unless that person is our good friend M.V. and can have his brain broken with a simple "You could not say that, but you'd be wrong."

I have an imagine of you skulking around with a giant painting under a tarp, running up to people and pulling the tarp off the painting and then running away while they reel from the painting.

Awesome.

The documented cases seem to require a certain amount of quantity; I'm not sure one large painting would be sufficient. I think you'll need a flash mob of said painting-wielding people.

I think there's one big question about this task that has not been raised yet.

Can we cause Deja Voo?

I think an important question about this remains to be asked.

In any case, you'd better not.
