The Meme is not something you can find on the internet, some terrier's head superimposed on a rainbow pinwheel, or a raptor spinning commentary, or even a crazy wolf telling you to wear peoples' faces as masks. It's bigger. It's buried in the collective unconscious of humanity, beyond definition, a cycle of insanity and inception that shall continue to churn through the peoples of this planet until the Meme stops, and our breath goes with it.
Members can be instated by request, Admins are promoted from the ranks of level 3+ players upon request, and Leadership can be challenged on the grounds of awesomeness (current Leader judges the contest).
