INSTRUCTIONS: Create an animated gif or modify one that you find. See example below and examine these for inspiration.


I went about this task with Phase 2 in mind, so I figured this would be a good way to spread the word as well as set myself up for manageable/visible image that 'moving vehicles' could read.
