Toom is one of you. Fear not the shadow of Toom.
He is constantly evolving, and some other traits may surface as Toom realizes the lack of certain aspects in his life.
Toom is part of the Humanitarian Crisis, but strongly disagrees with a lot of their approaches. He cares not of the crisis at hand, but he cares a lot about people, and trying to make the city more friendly a place.

Images were gathered from random cell phone pictures throughout the years, and the internet for the pictures of the world famous legendary band "no doubt"
that was an awesome use of googlemaps.
