one word by Water Dragon

I added "melliferous" using my player name of "Water Dragon".
When I was in high school I created a zine named "Melliferous Blight". The word means "Forming or Bearing Honey". The cover of the zine had a crushed bee drawing on it. I think melliferous is a really evil sounding word but it means something so nice really. I can't think of a lot of words that sound bad but are really good but this is certainly an expensive one.
I seem to recall that we picked "melliferous" and "blight" out of the dictionary by pointing at random and that I didn't know what the word meant before then. (I did know blight though.) They seemed to fit together well. I seem to recall we rejected some words we pointed at but not very many before we came upon this winning pair.
It was a really nice zine and I was very proud of it. It was laid out in Quark and was lots of fun. It cost $70 to make copies of it after we broke a friends copier making the initial bunch of copies. My friend Mark worked the most on it with me though Elanor did quite a bit of work as well.
Anyway, add it to your vocabulary.

I love that this task is a vocabulary list.
Kudos for sharing the whole story!
