I can't remember exactly where I got up to the roof in Town Center, though. I remember it involved balancing on a rail and stepping off of an A/C unit, but I don't recall which stairway it was.

My plan is to make the dish with one change, take pictures, and send it to X, who changes it and sends it to Y, who changes it and sens it to Z who changes it... ect. until it is complete.
