I clean out my fridge fairly often, but there has been one item that I have been afraid to touch for the past year and a half. It is a container of vegetable broth I had set aside to make risotto with. I completely forgot about it until I searched the fridge in light of this task. I finally came face to face with my fears and opened up the lid.

The funny thing is instead of tossing the broth out, I set it back in the fridge.
