This is a gesture i like to use to describe extreme boredom or impending horribleness of a situation. As in, this situation is so bad i want to stab myself in the eye. OR the next activity required is so horrible that i would rather stab myself in the eye than do it. can be seen used liberally in family settings, school settings, work related issues, annoying ppl/situations, and basically anything that you would rather stab your eye out than do.

Gesture is best completed with very dramatic gestures, head jerks, and grunting. Make it look like it hurts.
