For this task, I SPED UP, rather than SLOWED DOWN the aging process of a banana.
If you put a banana in a warm place (just in the sun takes a while, but keeping it in your car works wonders) the banana will age very quickly:

Banana "B"s Progression Through the Day
Banana B at the end of the day
