I'm curious to know at what point this praxis became too long for you to read.
I ask only because I'm worried if I draw a picture you'll just look at the top inch and then quit.
You couldn't just vote, you had to RAM it home with a pun.
Incidentally, if anyone is wondering what I'm doing that isn't a task right now, I run a webcomic called I Draw Florida Man (on Twitter @iDrawFloridaMan), and I'm currently updating a serial novel called Floodgate Star here: http://figment.com/books/623611-Floodgate-Star.
Still here in spirit, just fantastically busy nowadays.
Aaargh, I'd been holding off waiting for the new era. Now I'm behind in my tasking!
Time to blow the lid off this shit.
Maybe put the responsibility of selecting new tasks in the hands of the players? Every day, pick a player at random from the list of players active in, say, the last month- they get to select and approve a task, with the condition that it can't be one they've submitted.
Maybe we should make our own new era?
Just, all of us do pretired tasks that we like, independently keep track of our scores on our profile pages, and post praxis as we'd do for any pre/retrocompletion.
We will call it... Autarchy!
The new era: Limbo. Where everyone just kind of stands around going "So, uh, are we...?"
In a two bedroom flat up Not Happening street, rooming with the remainder of the score.
