INSTRUCTIONS: Create a publicly viewable permanent tattoo for your neighborhood, on the sidewalk, for example.

Okay, Back at the Uptown yet again. My friend Brit and I decided to leave our mark for all to see. We drew our tattoo outside of the Uptown for all to see. Please enjoy the crappy drunk art!
