Birdsong by Raymond Luxury Yacht

I happened to spot a flock of little tweety birds while I was walking down Fulton Street. They flew into the pictured tree and began eating flowers or seeds or something of that nature. Also, they were making cute noises. In the still shot, I have tried to highlight the silhouette of one of the creatures. To catch a piece of the action, watch the video. Keep an eye out for the little things flitting around. After I documented them, they became surly and demanded royalties. I gave them 50 cents and my bus transfer which only infuriated them. They pecked me up good.

I hate it when my actors start bugging me about royalties.

I think they were Tid-Bittius velocitus, but I'll have to go back for a closer look.
can you identify the species or genus? how about the class, phyllum or order?
