Escape from the Camera by Iaman
December 5th, 2007 2:33 PM
As I departed my apartment, I perceived some shuffling. Instantly, I recognized the source of that shuffle. That was the shuffle of the paparazzi who caught wind of my plans to politick for sf0 Congress. Quickly, I knew that I had to make my escape, lest I be seen in casual attire, or, worse, with the gash I left in myself yesterday whilst shaving.
Lady Luck was smiling down upon my person, however, and the paparazzi had accidentally set the camera's timer to have a two-second delay! Dashing down the stairs, I vaulted over the railing, headed for the gate. He managed to snap a photo of me fleeing the apartment, but, perhaps motivated by greed and lust for more, he then attempted to give chase!
Not being at the peak of my athleticism currently, I concluded that the best course of action was to lie in wait, outside the gate, and try to retrieve the image. As he burst through the gate, I grabbed hold of him, seized his camera, warned him that he should never do this again, and charged him with spreading that message out to all his paparazzi friends. Also, I discovered that he had the exact same model of camera that I do, so none of the EXIF data was any different. I did not realize my camera was that popular!
Here is the shot he managed to get:
