It's always a pity when good shops close, but this one was my favourite. So it was even more of a pity...
I suppose it isn't really spam, but the way I read the task you just had to send an e-mail and receive a reply without them identifying you.
I'd like other people's thoughts on whether this approach counts as completing the task.
I could always try again with someone else...
