My bathroom has a skylight that provides a nice north light, but I needed a bit of uplighting to avoid the "raccoon eyes." So I grabbed a table lamp and put it on the floor -- the poor's balanced lighting. The tungsten bulb also was nice balance to the coolness of the skylight. Unfortunately, the room is so tiny that I couldn't avoid a towel bar in the background, but a little PhotoShop and voila!
