Clever Vandalism by William Vervalsing
February 29th, 2008 5:03 PM
I thought I'd go with anthropomorphic vandalism, putting faces on things we take for granted... It made a lot of people think, and It didn't get me arrested since it was for the most part very subtle. Constructive criticism is much appreciated, and there is probably more to come.

If you end up adding a public element, message me. I'd want to see it, but probably won't unless I get prompted to.

I did this on all of the garbage cans of a BC ferry, but I didn't have my camera with me at the time, so there's no documentation. I actually live in Vancouver, so you might not see them if you're living in San Fransisco, but I'll let you know anyways.

Vote for public! Did you also put teeth on the trash cans? That would be awesome.

The notion of anthropomorphizing of mechanical objects is comedic in its absurdity.

I do this all the time. I'm glad you do too.
If you do many more of them in public places, that would be awesome. I did the same thing to my electric stapler.
