For this task I decided that a large part of the challenge would be finding a good location. Even more importantly however, I believe that finding a good time to complete this task is important. When arctic winds blew in three snow days for me, I took it as a sign to start completing tasks. In the way of location I settled on the heavily wooded park across the street from my house. Since Portland drivers don't know how to drive in snow and because my neighbors don't like going on walks I thought I would be safe from any interruptions.
And so I sat on my swing recording everything that happened around me for half an hour. I would like to note the grueling nature of this task due to the fact that all of my pants were in the wash. I wore my penguin pajamas (as documented below) but they did not do all I had hoped in the way of keeping me warm for that half hour.
Despite the cold I found that the experience was extremely transcendental. Sitting in nature watching everything that happened around me was very cool. I noted all of the most trivial things like crows, or when the sun peeked through the clouds. When I completed my half hour I took the duct tape that I brought with me and attached my paper to a nearby tree. I also included at the bottom of my note a reference to sf0.org so that anybody who found it might look for the website.
Note: If you want to know exactly what I wrote you’re going to have to come to Portland and find my message. The territory will be marked on this praxis

Points for penguin pajamas! I have fuzzy penguin sheets that go on my bed when it gets below 40.
