Mr. Pan likes to come by children's windows at night and teach them about fairies and dragons and magick, when the grown-ups aren't looking. He likes dumpster diving, fast cars, bikes, wagons, riding trains. He likes art and poetry and loves to serenade girls from below their window - or even in the middle of lunch at a restaurant. He's a thief and a present-giver. Mischief abounds here.
