Escape to the Camera by Red Star

April 9th, 2008 4:47 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Set up a camera looking away from you.

Set the timer, and run into the frame.

If you happen to be a player out there who knows my secret identity, please keep it to yourself, we wouldn't want any villains to find out, now would we?

It's surprisingly difficult to get a picture of The Red Star in action.

Yay!
Can you see? Red Star isn't wearing any shoes! This is like a dream come true for me. A real life super hero who doesn't wear shoes. Like a real Jack Hawksmoor!

Why are you always so hot on spelling, guru? Why not spend your time making a comment that matters!

Yay for RedStar! Those are some handsome feet beneath that handsome costume!

Not the tasker's fault, lol. It's the original task description.

If you're going to try to communicate using writing than you have to deal with words. No way around it.

I've also just noticed that two of the three completions of this task were done barefoot. I see a trend spreading that I like.

Maybe the original task was "Escape the Gamera!" and the G got lost into a C.

I've spent my entire life escaping the Gamera.

Has it returned? By all that is holy, tell me - has it returned?

Lank, remember:

Gamera is filled with turtle meat.

Gamera is filled with Soylent Green!

JTony, your math is off.

If Soylent Green is people, and Gamera is full of Soylent Green, then Gamera is full of people. But as we've already discovered, Gamera is friend to all children. He wouldn't do such a thing.

You're thinking of Godzilla. That guy loves to eat people.

Maybe Gamera is filled with turtle-flavoured Soylent Green, and not human-flavoured Soylent Green? I'm sure I could make Soylent Green from something else - maybe a cheap knock-off you'd find on Tesco's value shelves...

You are all wrong. He is filled with Soylent Purple.

Of course, in the Harrison book...

Hey, you know the old saying, when you eat a Legume you make a Leg out of U and Me!
