Night Photography by Le Renard Rouge

March 16th, 2008 9:23 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Explore your neighborhood in deepest, darkest night.

Share photographs and other impressions of your exploration.

Night time exploration called to me. I always stay up far too late for my own good, so this task seemed to fit.

The world is different at night. It looks different. It sounds different. It smells and tastes and feels different.

You notice things you never see during the bustle to class and meetings. Beauty is all around, waiting to be beheld, and for some inexplicable reason, a lack of natural light brings it out in the best possible manner.

These photos were taken between 3:30 and 4:20 a.m. on a subzero Sunday morning.

May they affect you the same way that morning affected me.

Definitely loving the nocturnal look of AA through the eye of your camera. "IS THAT WHAY THEY SAY?"

Haha yeah, i left without my wallet and I didn't want to barter with my camera. So nothing. I hear that they're a bit rediculously priced also.
