what is it made of?

The "being enigmatic" side is made of ribbon, black cord, and some pendants. The "being understood" side is made of beads and candy. The measure is made of a chopstick. The base is an old broken tile. There was also quite a bit of glue involved.

at first i wanted to know why it didn't add up to 100%
