Spun Lepton |
In 1964, while on vacation in Ecuador, Spun discovered one Puck-Man working as a bus-boy at a tiny bar-and-grill. Seeing Puck-Man's potential to be a star, Spun booked him the first flight to New York city. Upon arrival, Spun convinced Puck-Man to change his name to, "...something more catchy, see? Something the kids'll like, see?"
Soon, Pac-Man was born.
Pac-Man's beginnings were humble. He stumbled through dive bars and strip clubs, trying his hand at comedy, music, and dance. Spun soon learned that Pac-Man's talents were far more limited than he had originally thought. It wasn't until 1979 at a small club in Tokyo that Pac-Man stumbled across what would become his signature style. "Wakka-Wakka-Wakka-Wakka-Wakka," became a smash success. Soon, Pac-Man was booking pizzarias and strip clubs like mad, raking in quarters hand-over-fist. He found his name and image on shirts, lunch boxes, and Underoos.
Pac-Man's love life bloomed, and he found himself being chased by a certain Ms. Pac-Man. After several cut scenes they finally wed. The duo went on tour. After years of success and an extremely popular cartoon show, Pac-Man became jealous of the attention Mrs. Ms. Pac-Man was receiving. Her talents were outshining his own. His bitterness compounded when Spun asked him to step out of the spotlight. "You need to re-engineer your image, see? Lose the yellow, kid. It's the 1980s! It's the future! Hot pink is in, and you gotta get on the wagon, see?"
A divorce followed. Years of cocaine and alcohol abuse. Pac-Man joined up with gangs, dealing fruit laced with smack to elementary school kids and playing hair-metal music in strip clubs. His arrest and conviction followed.
Pac-Man was killed in San Quentin. The ghost who did it, Pinky, was quoted, "I would'a done it years ago if it ain't not had not been for those f@#$in' power pellets."
Spun now lives in Minneapolis.
