The Pants Obvservation Exercise was actually completed while the photographed stranger and I were waiting for a signal change at the corner of University and Chrisway in Boise, ID.
Not necessarily a "fun" accident, but an accident nonetheless. I submit that nobody can plan on having an accident and thus can only complete this task retro-actively. As such, I feel that this accident is eligible, despite having happened some month...
