Hige refers specifically to hair on one's face, so I don't think it's quite appropriate for hairy legs. My Japanese dictionary does not have a term for hairy legs attributed to laziness, so let's coin one.

Leg hair is 毛脛 (kezune), so I declare 無精毛脛 (bushoukezune) to be the hairy legs one has because one is too lazy to shave.

As to pronunciation, remember that the "e" in Japanese is pronounced as in "eh", not as in "he", and you should have it.

Boo Show He Gay

That should get you a pretty good approximation if you double the length of the vowel sound in "show" and halve the length of the vowel sound in "gay."
