Night Photography by Vena Nightmare

This task has been stuck in the never-never land of uncompleted tasks for the longest time. But no more! Here, in the dead of night (10:31-ish , cut me some slack), I shall end it. However, I must note that I am tired.
The first three pictures were taken walking back from another task, because I was eager to begin. I took more, but they are lost. The rest were taken a little closer to home.
I feel that my neighborhood is pretty much the same at night, except for the changes made by my partial fear of the dark.
There were some neighbors going somewhere, who totally didn't say hello when I greeted them.
My cat, Gretchen, insisted on taking a nap in the middle of the road. I had to nudge her to move.
My dog was happy to take a small walk with me.
My mother, having recently taken an interest in SF0 (the awesome mother that she is), came with me.
I used my sister's camera, which I am not used to.
Stuff looks really cool in the dark, with all the shadows and stuff. It's hard to capture this on camera.
I've always loved the moon. It fun to squint and find the rabbit and the faces and stuff. And it's so bright! I'm unable to see but the brightest of planets and satellites where I live, so the moon tries to make up for that.
I have way too much fun with my own shadow. At what point does this become a bad thing?
This is my first completion since my return from my Odyssey, I hope you all enjoyed it. I appreciate the few seconds you took from your day to see it. I'd quote Shakespeare here, but who needs that at 11:00-ish? 'Night.
