Ethereal Cartography by artmouse

INSTRUCTIONS: Make a map of something that does not exist physically.

For the past year, I've been an employee of the Art History/Classics Library at UC Berkeley. It's a limited access library, only patrons with graduate student or faculty status are allowed regular entry, all undergraduates and visitors requiring a day pass.

This selective access creates an intellectual environment unique even on the Cal campus, and environment filled with constant study, constant contemplation, and unremitting diligence.

To convey this ambiance to you all, I've created a floor plan of this nonpareil Intellectual Consciousness using materials found entirely at the circulation desk where I work, completed during my last shift.
