Someone had been asking me for a week to install flash player on their workstation. We kept missing eachother, but they finally grabbed me in the hall and I agreed to do it then and there, once and for all, etc. They showed me flash webpage that didn't work. The animation was replaced with a link that said "click here to install flash plugin" so i clicked there. A box came up and said "click next to finish installation" so i clicked next. All good!
