Personal Diorama by The Villain

If you've been paying particularly close attention to the Praxis, you may have noted that I currently live in Chicago, that I didn't used to live in Chicago, and that I don't like that I currently live in Chicago.
I've been making artwork on this topic since I moved here a year ago, to include two songs, an installation, an audio tour of my apartment, countless little illustrations, etc. etc. Some of you might wonder, "Why doesn't he just move back to San Francisco already?!" -- This is none of your concern (ie. my diabolical scheme to conquer the world relies on planting myself in the Midwest for another year-and-a-half). But I just can't help but continue to bitch about this infernal place (apologies to those faithful Chicagoans who may read this). So I made a diorama.
This diorama displays the City of Chicago, the filthy, wretched place that it is. The illustrious Sutro Tower sits amid the detritus, elegant and pristine, but completely out of place. It has been transplanted here by nefarious means, and awaits it's chance to return to Mount Sutro where it belongs...
(This is metaphor for my situation, if you haven't picked up on that.)
But, I am proactive. I will affect my fate. I am sending this diorama, by trusty USPS, back to California. Stay tuned for updates on this little box's future adventures!

SFZero was born in Chicago! So it can't be that bad, right? If you have some adventure time the #1 Sam, Ian and Sean thrift store is at 50th and Kedzie.

An even better adventure would be getting onto the roof of 5326 S. Greenwood Ave. Unless the unthinkable has happened, there'll be a metal cafe-style table folded up and waiting for the return of candlelit Scrabble matches, cigarette-tossing games, urban tanning, etc.

Give me a tip for how to break into 5326 S. Greenwood. Or will I have to just enlist ninjas?
Come on now, nobody will believe that that's a real mustache! How you shrunk our beloved Sutro Tower, we'll never know :(
