When we visited for Journey in April, each one-way (OAK to MDW) on Southwest was $99 (not including fees, compound interest, government theft, et c.) - and rumor has it that our favorite texan airline has a "long-term contract" to buy fuel. Thusly, I trust the prices will remain without those pesky fuel surcharges that have been popping up this summer.
