Player Portrait by Coreopsis Major Bloden Melen

Okay, so I'm going to do this task for the Artist Trading Cards event.
Who do I pick? Oh, I'm a total creampuff, so I pick someone with a thematically simple portrait. But darnit, I really LIKE Elwin's player photograph. And I miss her, because I haven't been to see her in a long time.
Also, I'm horrible at freehand, so I'm going to pull out all the tricks I've got, and reproduce her silhouette to make her some pop art cards.

As I print a copy, the Sox are making up for the terrible loss I witnessed yesterday while completing Audio Scattering.
I put on my painting shirt.

From the printout, I begin generating a cut outline:

The first card:

Again I cheat: painting and calligraphy markers, not my beloved craft paint.

The second card:

I made four cards in total. The goal was to make a quartet of different emphases on the same outline. Yes, I had Warhol in mind. Elwin is from an art family, and they actually have a Warhol. But my work? Campbell's Soup it ain't.
Finally, I address a note to her, include the cards, and package it all up.

My hands are now covered in ink.

Elwin, thank you for making such a great picture for me to play with!
