There's a bottle of soy sauce in the back of my fridge that's been there for nearly a year. My former roommate loved his rice, and when I booted him out for freeloading, he left behind many a condiment. The soy sauce is one of them. I just don't have the heart to do away with it.
That sauce will most probably still be edible.
