There's a thick scar in the middle of my forehead that I got eleven years ago during my first job as a security guard at a big inner-city shopping mall. It was the middle of the night and one of my duties was to patrol the perimeter near the loading bays, where homeless people liked to dig in. I rounded the corner toward the loading bay and ended up being attacked by some guy who blindsided me with a hook. I came to twenty minutes later in an ambulance. It's all good though.
