Each member of the P.A.F.F. is secured to their post with a harness made of thin, green wire. They can be removed with ease, though hopefully not by the wind or rabid shrews.

I only hope that anyone who takes one down will get some pleasure out of it.

[edit: to be clear, they are still there (at least as of yesterday morning) and waiting to be discovered]
