20+ year old amazon. we've had her about 6 months. she was never handled before we got her. she's afraid of hands.

we don't name the mice, usually. not shown: about 10 more mice.

mocha is a retired doe, and wishes is a rescue. they're in love! also, lesbians.
plant
this plant doesn't have a name. i don't even know what kind of plant it is. but it likes sunshine and being watered once a day.

mice are mainly food, so we don't name them. also, they have very short lifespans anyway, and we'd quickly run out of names. we try to avoid re-using names. we sometimes name the mommy and the daddy, but not right now.
I often named the mice "lunch" and "fatty".
Very characterful animals. And very characterful names.

b) Are the mice not named because they are food or because they are many and small or for some other reason?
