We Are Not Alone by Augustus deCorbeau
October 24th, 2008 5:28 PM / Location: 36.028978,-107.9047"Children will always be afraid of the dark, and men with minds sensitive to hereditary impulse will always tremble at the thought of the hidden and fathomless worlds of strange life which may pulsate in the gulfs beyond the stars, or press hideously upon our own globe in unholy dimensions which only the dead and the moonstruck can glimpse."
H.P. Lovecraft

Light from our campsite spills across the desert scrub. The moon looms overhead, gibbous and rugose.

My companions lie unawares; their domes of light blind them from the true music of the starry depths.

If their song were true -- and if I were not dreaming -- the implications would be quite beyond the power of the human spirit to bear.

Eh, I'm a skeptic. So I think that since the task description as written is basically impossible, it can only be interpreted as a prompt for artistic expression - and what Augustus did with that prompt kicks ass.
(I've got the task saved myself and have had several ideas using the same prompt, but the good one required a larger bankroll than I had.)
Paranormal comes from the Latin "Para" which means around (pericardium), above (parachute), or behind (paranoid). So, in essence, anything paranormal is just anything outside what happens normally.
By that logic, any SF0 completion is paranormal. Vote!
What's that in the middle last picture there... is it... a half-visible image of the decorporealizing narrator?
*gasp*
Nice, very nice. And now I'm homesick.
Damn Chicago light bleed.
the last picture, zoom in...theres a tiny alien spaceship landing on the topright of the wood thing..from far it looks like stars but look closer..
That's actually the Pleiades, a star cluster in the constellation Taurus.
The spirit standing between the tents however, is real.
This task is part of the Chac0 Project.
Yeah, who cares about the task when the photographs are this great.

I really shouldn´t say that, SF0 blasphemy, but things are kind of lax lately...
